KHAITE accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and packaging remain intact. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure products are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
